The International Playthings Yookidoo Stack N' Stream Tub Fountain is a water jet-powered fun in the tub. The base attaches to the bottom of the tub and draws water up through the center, creating a magical fountain for bath-time play. As boats and characters are stacked up on the base, the water flows through each one and out the top. Change the figures on top for different effects: the red boat spins as it sprays, the blue boat has a swiveling propeller, the octopus spouts in all directions, and the scuba pal sprouts hair as he squirts from his mouth. Figures are shaped for interchangeable stacking – no right or wrong. Easy for kids to turn on and off by themselves, just press the orange peek-a-boo button. Boats and characters can float around the tub.

Play Tips

Celebrate bath-time while learning the power and properties of water – assemble the fountain and turn it on when your child is sitting in the bathtub. Switch between various boats, allowing your child to be surprised as he experiences the different water spray effects with his senses.

Teach your child how to turn on the Stack 'N' Spray Tub Fountain by pressing the orange button-shaped figure on the fountain base, demonstrating cause and effect. Encourage him to switch the fountain on and off.

The stacking activity develops motor skills while your child is engaged in a surprising and rewarding play. Introduce the float/sink and full/empty concepts with the boats that can be used as buckets filled with water or can float independently. Use words such as floating and sinking, empty and full to develop curiosity as well as cognitive skills.
